Judging by the heat that is lingering this autumn, it's going to be a warm winter.
The trees have all changed color, but in the air, summer seems to be hesitant to leave. A cool breeze blows, but the sweltering temperature has dropped only by a few degrees.
This summer was the hottest Mavira had seen, and not this fall is unchanged. The rainy season refuses to come and prey animals are dying of dehydration.

[ RILEY ] is one of the most active members on WTWM. She’s always hanging out in the c-box, eager to help anyone out if they have questions. Riley is super friendly and helpful, and she never takes long to reply to her threads. We’re very lucky to have her. 
Male
[ CORNELIUS ] is a spunky male with eyes only for himself. He’s gone from scout to slave to loner, and in all his traveling, this narcissist has never found anyone he loves more than himself. He’s a complex character, and tons of fun to be in a thread with. 
Female
[ SENTA ] is anything but average. She’s a headstrong she-wolf and a feisty cannibal. She has a tendency to hold a grudge against those who have done her wrong. She embraces the insanity of dementia, and spends her time doing whatever the hell she feels like. 
Couple
[ VARRON & NADYA ] are not your average couple. By sheer coincidence, the two ended up in the same place and a bit of frustration led to their pairing. They’ll have to face the consequences of their time together, but neither seem to be bothered by it.

The seasons changed again on the site and we're halfway to year three (in character). Angels and demons are settling into Were the World Mine quite well. If you haven't seen them, check out the otherworldly breeds on the Species Guide (link is to the right). The staff are currently looking for some help around the site and have been recruiting new staff members. If you'd like a shot at a staff position, message either Rai or myself and we will discuss it. New OTMs are coming soon and you should be ready for tons of new contests in the near future! Because the posting contest went over so well, we have decided to have one once a month!

Welcome to Mavira Out of Character
You know all those important tidbits of info that you need to function positively on the site? Yeah, well, those are all gonna be in this board right here. I'd really suggest reading them... I mean, they kind of matter. A lot.
So, this is where we, the staff will post all the happenings on the site. If we update, expand, or just add a nifty new code, we'll let you all know in here. But it's not all boring. Check out the sub-board for some site-wide events and contests!
This is where you will make your characters! The template is inside. It's super easy to do, I swear! A staff member will accept your bio shortly. Bios that are not completed within 2 weeks of being posted will be moved to the archives!

The shop is that magical place that we can all go to get the really cool things here on Were the World Mine. Save up your shimmers (wtwm's currency) and you'll be able to buy everything from trinkets and knickknacks to your own pack or clique!
Trying to find get a special plot with your character? Want to find a certain someone to rp with? Or do you just want to use a log to keep track of your threads? This is the board for you.
This is where all the stealing poems can be found! Make sure to check this board regularly to block if you believe you're being stolen from! Rules are found within.
Want to reach a staff member who is not online? Or maybe you need to contact them due to a situation on the site. Well inside this nice board is a thread for each staff to have their information on so you can reach them at any time.
This is the place to come if you would like an art request post writing, poetry, or maybe you are a person that loves to do graphics and wants to post a thread will all your work, well this is the place to do it. Some people will have their own sub board for their studio so keep and eye out for those as well.

Coeros Clan Territory
A beautiful palace high upon a cliff. The angel’s have made this their home away from home. Clouds are drawn to the pure energy of this palace, covering it like a veil. From the land, the clouds surround the cliff, making Decorus Moenia seem to float in the sky.
A large cavern dwells deep within the mountains leading up to the castle. Its depth is undetermined, but it is said that once a wolf walks for as far as it can, it will have made it half way to the end. Rumor has it that at the very end, the rock drops off into the salt waters of the bordering ocean.
Dozens rock blows are filled with crystal clear water in a field the angels constructed. The temperature within the water varies depending on which pool one decides to get into. Some pools are freezing, some are air temperature, and some are heated.

Diraene Pack Lands
No one knows what these ruins had been before, but they are now old and faded. Large trees and vines tangle around the temples, shielding them from outsiders. It is an eerie place, filled with mystery. Some that enter here do not leave the maze of the ruins.
This is the silent place; it’s a void. The trees and grass trail out and fade until they disappear all together into solid white. You try to speak, but your voice is quiet, almost silent. The white pollutes your eyes and it’s hard to see.
Some days this forest is beautiful, welcoming to all its visitors; but on other days it can be dark and ominous. The paths change and rearrange themselves several times a day. One evening you may count eight paths and the next you could count twenty-three and other times... None at all.

Pareidolia Pack Lands
The city has been reduced to ruins, but to the Pareidolia pack, it is a trophy, won by annihilating their mother pack. Between the tall buildings eroded with vines and crumbling walls dwells the Dementia virus and the most dangerous creatures on Mavira. It's best to avoid the city all together.
What is your religion? Do you have faith—a god? Does it even matter…? Whatever God dwelt within this rickety church has long abandoned us. There is no good here, no salvation. Eternal damnation awaits anything upon the Plague Islands; this place of worship is forever derision.
No one knows exactly who is buried within this graveyard. Vines have grown out of the ground, consuming the once attractive memorials and the names and dates on the tombstones have long since rubbed away. Nothing is left to remember them by; they are forgotten.

Morcrimis Clan Teritory
The forest is home to many things, none of which are pleasant. A wolf could get lost, killed, maybe eaten… is it still tempting? Is your curiosity insatiable? Then venture forth with caution. Don’t look back—never look back—and pray that you reach the other side with everything you entered with… and nothing more.
The bog is dark and dank and the scent of rotten fish fills the air. What's worse, it seems to go on for miles in all directions. Wolves enter here not even knowing when they will be capable of finding the exit... if there is an exit.
This meadow was once a great battlefield. The skies remain clouded and gray with sorrow, while the flowers are stained with the blood of the fallen for all eternity. It is a sacred place, and one to be feared.

The Outlands
Though dull by day, the meadow lights up at night. The flowers have a beautiful purple glow to them as they sway gently in the breeze. Many say that this is an enchanted place due to the fact that everything lights up when it is touch by something. though do beware of the flowers that sting.
The lake is untouched by human toxic or waste. This is one of the most cleanest lakes in the area. Many of the wolves come here to get away from the stress of pack life or try to just have some fun. Either way, this is a very relaxing place to come and just enjoy the view and sights.
It's hard to tell if it's overcast or sunshine when you're in the fog. The trees surrounding the area are thin and dark colored, as if they are starved from nutrition. The ground is very soft, and easy to slip on. A wolf might find himself chest high in the mire; it's not easy to free yourself once stuck.
The entrance to this old mine is small to begin with, but for wolves it should be easy enough, even if it is a tight fit. Strange sounds and scents come from the old mine at all hours. Few know what lies beyond the entrance; many who go in never come back out.
The beach is almost always warm and the waters always calm. However, there are sometimes strange things that wash up upon its sands, and there also dangers in the water. It would be wise to never go swimming too far out, or the hunters will become the hunted.
